By using Alchetype, you agree to these terms.

Alchetype is a self-discovery assessment and personalised report service based on Jungian archetypes. It is designed for personal development, brand exploration, and creative work.

Alchetype is not a medical or psychological service. The reports generated are intended for self-reflection and personal growth, not as a substitute for professional psychological, therapeutic, or medical advice. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please seek professional support.

Your report is generated by an AI (Anthropic's Claude) based on your assessment answers. While we've designed the system carefully and most people find it highly accurate, the output is AI-generated and personalised to your responses.

If your result doesn't feel accurate, email us at hello@alchetype.co. We'll look at it and either explain the scoring or run it again. We'd rather you feel seen than keep your money.

The free result (your alchetype name, essence, and opening reveal) is always free.

The full report is a one-time purchase. Upon successful payment, you receive permanent access to your report via a unique link sent to your email.

Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are shown in USD.

We don't offer automatic refunds, but we do stand behind our product. If your report doesn't feel accurate or you're unhappy with the result for any reason, email hello@alchetype.co and we'll make it right — whether that means re-running your report or issuing a refund at our discretion.

This is not a legal guarantee of refund; it's a commitment to fairness.

Your assessment answers and report are yours. We use them only to generate and deliver your report. We don't sell your data or use it to train AI models.

The Alchetype platform, design, and system are owned by NIK HUNO LTD. Your personalised report content is generated for you and you may use it freely for personal purposes.

You may not reproduce or resell report content commercially without permission.

Alchetype is provided "as is." NIK HUNO LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of Alchetype is limited to the amount you paid for your report.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
